Policies
The security deposit is nonrefundable if a booking is cancelled within 30 days of the event date.
All organizations/individuals who rent the theatre must provide a minimum $1,000,000 certificate of liability insurance naming dramaworks/West End Theatre as an additional insured.
Policies are subject to change and will be based on the advice and expertise of the Plumas County Public Health Agency, and in consultation with each individual production.
FAQs
Depends, based on the event type and the availability of Quintopia to be open past their normal operating hours. Please contact us to ask about your needs as far as timing. Ideally, your event will be within the normal operating hours of Quintopia. There may be an additional fee if your event falls outside of those hours.
The West End Theatre is a 99 seat black box theatre. Max capacity for the venue is 150 people.
No outside alcohol may be brought into the theatre for events. Quintopia must provide all beer, wine or champagne for an event.
Yes, we will, whether you use our projection system or set up your own laptop and projector.
Yes, you may add use of this equipment to your rental request.
There are 99 chairs set up in the theatre. We have several 6 foot tables you may use if needed. There are opportunities for flexible seating arrangements if desired. Please discuss any desires for alternative seating arrangements prior to signing the rental agreement.
If your event is during Quintopia’s normal hours of operation, yes, most definitely. If your event is outside their normal hours, we will have a conversation with Quintopia’s owner to make necessary arrangements. Your guests may enjoy Quintopia beer and wine in the theatre. No outside alcohol is permitted.
Yes, we require a $200 security deposit to hold your date. This deposit is non-refundable should the potential Tenant cancel within 30 days of the event.
