This spring 2023 production the Magic Beanstalk Players will present Magic Tree House: Pirates Past Noon KIDS! Register your K-6th grade student today.
This musical is an adaptation of the fourth of Mary Pope Osborne’s award-winning fantasy adventure books from the Magic Tree House book series, which has sold more than 100 million copies and is available in more than a hundred countries around the world. This time around, Jack and Annie take a journey in their magical tree house to the Caribbean and the time of Pirates where the two discover the power of friendship and the simple pleasures in everyday life.
Rehearsals for K-2nd grade students start January 3rd 3:30-4:30.
Rehearsals for 3rd-6th grade students start January 5th from 3:30-5:00.
The production will be March 30, April 1 & 2, 2023.
Tuition is $175. Financial aid is available.
The goal of the Magic Beanstalk Players Program is to provide a supportive space where students can learn new skills, work together, be creative, and gain confidence. The fall semester focuses on drama skills such a characterization, improvisation, stage presence, story-telling, voice control and movement. The fall semester culminates in a small performance for families displaying what they’ve learned. Throughout the spring semester, students utilize their drama skills to rehearse and perform a full musical for the spring 2023 production.
